The tables of a database are made proceeding from tasks of power inspection. 
The typical program of realization of power inspections is provided for all 
consumers, in particular, for study of the following questions [1]:
The characteristic of structure of the consumer Heat of power resources and 
energy consumption its divisions;
Private (individual) power balance on of power resources;
Condition in technological manufactures; Specific on separate kinds of resources 
and objects; Direct losses of energy and database about the charge.
The research of these questions requires(demands) creation of a database 
separate kinds, ensuring detailed study, of the consumers and their modes of a power 
consumption.
Proceeding, from this, the database is made of three tables: " Electrical loadings ", 
" Cable lines " and " Transformer substations ". The table " Electrical loadings " 
includes the data of the consumers of energy on shops and distributive cases. The 
consumers are divided (shared) into technological, own needs, auxiliary and 
household needs. The names established capacity, operating ratios and factor of 
capacity of these consumers makes the block of the initial data. By programming on 
"Access" is defmed(determined) the following given tables: settlement active, jet 
and complete loading of the consumers. Changing factors the describing modes can 
be received the operative information on consumption of energy.
The table " Cable lines " includes the data on transmission lines: a type, :on, 
length, specific active and inductive resistance, pressure(voltage) of a cable line. 
Loading of a cable line is defmed(determined) by linkage with the table " Electrical 
loadings ". Therefore list of cable lines will strictly be coordinated to the table " 
Electrical loadings ". The settlement data of this table are: active and jet losses of 
capacity and pressure(voltage), and also cost of losses of energy in cable lines.
The table " transformer substations " is made on substations. She(it) includes 
the following initial data: the established capacity both factor of demand 
technological and auxiliaries connected to this substation, nameplate data of the 
transformer. The settlement data of this table are: active and jet losses of capacity, 
and also cost of losses of energy in transformers.
On the data of these tables on the separate forms the tables of the power 
passport are deduced. In a fig. 1 the 3-table of the power passport is shown. This 
form is made on the basis of the table " Electrical loadings " and allows to structure
the consumers of energy according to the requirements of the power passport. These 
data can be looked on shops and as a whole on the enterprise. However such form 
does not allow if necessary to correct the data. For this purpose the form for data
