APOLOGY LETTER
You have been invited to attend an interview for a place studying a cource at a collage.Unfortunately because of a previous appointment,you cannot come at the time they wish
Explain your position
Apology and offer to come an another day or later the same day
Ask how long the interview will be and wheather there will be any test during it.
Dear sir,
Iam writing to apologize for not being able to attend the first appointment for a place studying course.
The day before interview, my old friends organized a football game at the city center stadium. Unfortunately I could not find reiable excuse not playing with them.It is highly regrettable that at the end of the game unexpectedly my ankle was twisted so I had to go to the hospital.
I sinceraly apologize and regret not be present at the previous interview.I felt really bad and neglected when I postponed to the interview.I lookforward to make arrangement for me another day I will make sure this situation next time never repeat.
I ask you to provide information about interview becaouse not being aware of what and how many question should I answer duiring interview and how lomg it will last.
