Do not forget to bring all the required documents for your appointment.
1) a properly filled-in and signed Schengen visa application form;
2) a colour photograph of your facial image (3 x 3,5 cm);
3) a valid travel document with the validity at least three month longer than the presumed validity of the visa applied for; the travel document shall have been issued within the previous 10 years and it shall contain at least two blank pages;
4) documents indicating the purpose and conditions of the intended stay; accommodation and financial means;
5) information enabling an assessment of your intention to leave the territory of Schengen before the expiry of the visa applied for; means of transport;
6) medical travel insurance valid in all Schengen countries and covering the entire period of your intended stay. The insurance must cover any expenses which might arise in connection with your repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention or emergency hospital treatment or death during your stay in Schengen. The minimum coverage must be EUR 30 000.
