You must not remain in New Zealand after your visa expires
You must hold a valid visa at all times while you are in New Zealand. If you do not hold a valid visa, you will be in New Zealand unlawfully and you will be liable for deportation. If you do not leave voluntarily before you are served with a deportation order you will face a prohibition period preventing your return to New Zealand in the future.

Individual Employment Agreement
Application 1. The Parties
The parties to this employment agreement are:

  1. [Zero Max Line Limited], the "Employer".

  2. [ IBRAT IBRAIMOVICH KHATAMOV ], the "Employee".

  1. Position

    1. The Employee is being employed as a [GIB Fixer Assistant].

    2. The date of commencement of employment is [TBC] which is within 7 days of the Employee’s arrival in New Zealand with the requisite visa / from the day the requisite visa is approved.

  2. Duties

    1. The Employee’s general duties and responsibilities are set out in the Job Description attached to this agreement. The Employees duties include carrying out all instructions the Employer gives them (as long as the instructions are lawful and reasonable).

    2. Minor changes can be made by agreement or by the Employer, after a discussion in good faith. However, if major changes to the job are proposed, this must be done through a restructuring process.

  3. Type of Employment Agreement

    1. The Employer wishes to employ the Employee on a permanent basis to work for the Employer.

    2. This employment agreement is made pursuant to the Employment Relations Act 2000 (Act) and any subsequent amendments to that legislation.

    3. The Employee will start working for the Employer subject to visa approval and continue until either the Employer or the Employee ends this employment relationship.

    4. The Employee's legal right to work in New Zealand is temporary. This employment agreement is conditional on the Employee being able to work legally for the Employer. If, after following a fair process, the Employer decides this condition is not met, the Employee’s employment will automatically end without notice or pay instead of notice. The Employee must tell the Employer about any changes to, or information that may change their right to work legally for the Employer. The Employee must not work if they are not legally able to do so.
