Implementation of the research results. Scientific results and practical proposals received on the history of cooperation between higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan with authoritative international organizations and foreign countries in 1991-2021:
Scientific results obtained in the process of studying activities for the development of education in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, the role of influential international organizations in the development of the system of higher education in the country, the participation of the teaching staff of universities in Uzbekistan in international grants, the activities of leading foreign higher educational institutions in the education market, joint educational programs created in the country and their results, measures to attract leading foreign scientists and highly qualified teachers to universities in Uzbekistan, the activities of professors and teachers aimed at from higher educational institutions abroad for advanced training and internships were used in the development of the script for the program “Takdi-mot” (“Presentation”), aired on the TV channel “Uzbekiston tarihi” (“History of Uzbekistan”) of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan on March 3, 2021 (Certificate of the State Unitary Enterprise of the television and radio channel “Uzb ekiston” of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan No. 02-40-672 dated March 3, 2021). This served to form in the minds of young people the basic ideas about the cooperation of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan with authoritative international organizations and foreign countries;
when studying the development of international relations in the higher education system of Uzbekistan and the experience of states with a developed system of higher education, a systematic analysis of the history of putting into practice the results of this experience and some problems in this direction;
As a result of improving the infrastructure of the higher education system from year to year, the adoption of presidential decrees and government decisions on the development of international relations, branches of the most prestigious universities in the world were opened, and the scientific results achieved through the creation of joint educational programs with them were used in the activities of the department international cooperation of educational institutions of higher education under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan: No. 89-06-33 dated August 25, 2022). This serves to form ideas about the role of international relations and cooperation in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.
