independence. Moreover, it continues its stages of formation and 
development. National fashion and design salons have been opened 
in almost all corners of the country, and work is being actively carried 
out [3]. At present, separate departments have been established in 
educational institutions and research institutes, and design sciences 
and specialties are functioning. 
Of course, innovation and creativity discover their original 
directions. 
The main purpose of the events organized by the Academy of 
Arts of Uzbekistan, the Association of Designers and Fashion Designers 
"Symbol of Asia", the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special 
Education and the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Youth Culture and 
Arts Center is to create opportunities for talented youth to apply their 
knowledge and skills involvement in projects aimed at studying the 
interaction of national and world cultural values, increasing their 
intellectual and creative potential, focusing on the spiritual, moral and 
aesthetic direction of development. 
We think it is worthwhile to focus on the nominations "Fashion 
Labaratory" and "Debut", as well as the exhibition "Fashion Figures", 
which was brilliantly presented at this year's festival "Youth Fashion and 
Design", which aims to support and creatively support young designers 
in clothing and fashion. 
The clothes presented at the ―Fashion Laboratory‖ show avant-
garde and creative, experimental and conceptual, as well as non-
standard thinking, shapes, used fabrics, textures and unusual design of 
clothes. There were presented models of fashion ideas, experiments, 
inventions, innovations, which are typical for the "laboratory". It should 
be noted that most of the models were creative projects of teachers 
and students of the National Institute of Art and Design; they showed 
the originality and courage of young people, a wide range of aspects 
of modern fashion. Let us look at examples. In particular, all the trends 
and concepts of "stepping forward" fashion: ecological direction and 
"redesign", in the idea of creating something new from the old on the 
basis of the first works of Mohisanam Narzieva, Zarina Ismadiyarova, 
Adiba Suleymanova, Zaynab Sharipova and Sitora Atakhanova's 
project "Indigo Life"; the idea of creating transformative clothes in the
