Luz Edith Herrera Díaz is a professor-researcher in the Language Center at Universidad Veracruzana; a
counselor in the self-access center and the coordinator of the Master in tefl program in Veracruz. She holds
a phd in language studies (Kent
University, uk). Her research interests include
language teaching-learning
modes,
educational innovation, and language policies.
Darlene González Miy is an efl teacher and an online facilitator. She holds an ma in tefl (Universidad
de Jaén, Spain). She is currently studying in a phd in educational systems
and environments program at
Universidad Veracruzana (Mexico). Her research interests include educational
models and environments,
online
distance education, and language learning.
