OF COMPOUNDS SUCH AS VANE PUMP

Annotation. The article deals with the review and analysis of centrifugal (impeller) pumps manufactured and produced in
our country and abroad, various companies, factories and firms. Among the variety of requirements for the design of the pumps
were highlighted fundamental which directly affect the course of technological process in General. According to the conducted
analysis and review, developed and described the method of determining the design parameters of the pump, its impeller, which is
the main working body. It is described technique can be applied when designing a mixer using a centrifugal (impeller) wheel. Us-
ing described methodology was developed by the impeller, for installation for the preparation of mixtures and describes the
process of his work. In the course of theoretical calculations of the regression equation is obtained, which can be used to determine
the pressure at different shaft rotation frequency of the impeller taking into account the relevant resistances, depending on the fil-
ing, it allows at the design stage to determine the pressure characteristics for the new impeller. Experimental and theoretical stu-
dies have confirmed the design of the wheel to the mixing unit using the vane pump. It is done the resulting nominal values o f in-
dicators such as supply, pressure, efficiency and useful power at different options. Therefore, the installation proved its efficiency
both for conventional pump which can move liquid and mix.
