Introduction and Background


Real Softwares Private Limited established its business in 2013. The company specializes in developing enterprise standard application for its customers. As the business is very new, as of today most of its internal works are carried out manually except for Human Resource Management Department which uses and application to automate tasks.
This report is about developing an application that well integrated within the departments of the company. This will help the business to automated most of its internal work. Having such a system can help reduce paper work and improve business performance. System will provide applicable information which will be easily accessible by the required departments. This can improve performance and help finish daily tasks faster which in turn helps to save time. Moreover, the system will help to manage not only documents but also staffs.
Today, many companies use applications that are tailored to their personal use. Using such applications avoid unnecessary features and limit it to the required level. Due to the advantages these applications provide, governments, private and public companies are developing enterprise software tailored uniquely to them and are adapting to it.

    1. Project Purpose


Purpose of automating and integrating an application within the Real Softwares is to provide a system where information are well managed and easily accessible whenever necessary. The systems main goal is to simplify day to day activities and help save money and time in long run.
This project will replace the current manual routine business processes taking place within the departments and integrate the new automated system with the existing human resource management system used in the company.
    1. Objectives


      • Reduce paper wastage: although some important documents need written proof, a lot of paper work can be avoided with the help of an automated system.

      • Connecting and maintaining the departments in a well-organized manner to help improve communication within and among the departments.

      • Reduce space wastage within the building by providing a secure data storage to store less important documents and backups of important documents.

      • Providing easily accessible information in a timely manner whenever a requirement arises.

      • Cut down of costs, improve business efficiency and save time.

      • Reduce staff workload as much as possible.
