1. Executive Summary

Real Softwares Private Limited is currently doing most of its work manually. Lots of time and money is wasted as it requires more effort and paper work. This report looks into the development of a new system to integrate all departments in Real Softwares Private Limited to simplify day to day works.
The new system will work together with existing automated HR system. The new system will simplify management process and improve communication among the departments of the company. Also, it will help reduce paper wastage and eliminate tedious tasks that slow down daily work. The management will be able to keep track of how the departments are performing through this system. A system that caters for company’s requirements will not have additional useless features. By coming up with a well-designed and coded system company can afford to keep up with the competitors in order to go forward towards its goals.
The system will go through alpha, beta and audit testing through its development phase. Final system implementation will be done through stage conversion strategy. Training programs will be held to help users get familiar with the system.
The risks involved have been addressed. Project mostly has organization level and technical level risks. Security risks have been identified as the most unsafe. Contingency plans have been identified for the highlighted risks. Cost benefit analysis has been carried out using payback method and it was found that cost can be covered in the next 3 years for this project.
A list of activities involved in this project have been identified in the project schedule. Each task is shown with its sub tasks and start and end date and responsible personnel have been identified.
