Zabel  Property:  Grand  Tower  image  book  wins  prestigious  iF 

Design Award 2017

  The  image  book  commissioned  by  Zabel  Property  for  gsp 

Städtebau‘s Grand Tower in Frankfurt has been awarded the coveted iF Design Aw

ard 2017. 

For  over  60  years,  the  award  has  been  regarded  as  the  international  gold  standard  and  is 

one of the best-known labels for design excellence. The iF Design Award is among the most 

prestigious  design  awards  in  the  world.  The  Grand  Tower’s  72

-page  image  book  won  the 

Corporate Identity Branding award in the discipline Communication.

 

The  international  marketing  of  the  Grand Tower,  Germany's  tallest  residential  tower,  meant 

that  unique  demands  were  placed  on  the  project’s  marketing  materials.  The  langua

ge  of 

image  and  form,  visualization,  character,  haptics,  and  content  all  needed  to  be  perfectly 

coordinated  in  order  to  fully  reflect  the  quality  of  Germany's  172-meter  residential  tower. 

Together  with  STERN  GmbH,  the  communication  agency  commissioned  to  produce  the 

book, Zabel Property poured its heart and soul into the image book.

 

Extensive  and  painstakingly  detailed  visualizations  enable  the  image  book’s  viewers  to 

experience  every  facet  of  the  Grand  Tower,  from  entering  its  lobby  to  savoring  the  setting 

sun’s  last  rays  on  the  tower’s  terrace.  The  image  book  succeeded  in  bringing  the  Grand 

Tower  to  life,  especially  for  potential  buyers  who  are  not  able  to  visit  the  building  site  in 

person, such as those from Asia or the USA, and provides them with an authentic experience 

of their future condominium.
