academic year 1913/14, a 2-stage system began to be introduced in some places. Schools in this system 
are called model schools, their 1st Class is called tahziriy (primary) classes, 2nd Class is called rushdiy 
(upper) classes. In Particular, M.Model School of abdurashidkhanov, A. Shukuri in Samarkand and A. 
The Rushdi (upper) classes (5 - 6sinf) also started work at the ibadiyevttt School in Kokand. 
METHOD AND METHODOLOGY 
Jadidism in Tashkent is a component of the socio-political educational movement, which was 
instrumental in the life of the Turkestan region and adjacent territories in the late 19th and early 20th 
centuries. This movement initially arose in the Crimea in the 80s of the 19th century under the 
leadership of Ismailbek Gasprinsky. Mahmudkhoja Behbudi of Samarkand played an important role in 
the emergence of the jadidism movement in Turkestan. In Tashkent, Munavvarqori 
Abdurashidkhanov, Abdullah Avloni, Ubaydulla Asadullakhojayev, Toshpolatbek Norbotabekov stood 
at the top of this movement. 
Munavvarqori was hailed as the father of the jadids of Tashkent. The jadids reformed the educational 
methods and programs of Muslim schools by opening new method schools. In 1900, a new method 
school, founded by Munavvarqori, began to work in Tashkent. It was later converted into a model 
school, with upper classes such as grades 5-6. The Tashkent enlightener Saidrasul Saidazizov opened 
new-style local schools in the city, providing them with programs and textbooks based on the 
educational methodology in Russian-tuzem schools, while he himself taught. His textbook" teacher 
first"in the method of" method savtia "("method of sound") was published 17 times. Munavvarqori's 
textbooks such as" Adibi first"," Adibi soniy", Abdullah Avlani's" first teacher"," second teacher “were 
published. 
During the jadidism movement, their own press was formed. Jadids published in Tashkent in 1905-06 
newspapers such as "progressive", "Khurshid" , 1907-08 "Fame" , "Asia" , "Tujjor" , in 1913 "Sadoyi 
Turkestan" in 1917-18 "Salvation", "Council", "Turon" , "Ulug` Turkestan" , "Shoroi Islam" , "Turkish 
word" , "Turk eli" and the magazine "Al-reform" of 1915. 
During this period, the jadids also appeared as a socio-political force. Abduvohidkori Abduraufqoriev 
of Tashkent, elected to the membership of the Russian State Duma from the Syrdarya region, was 
charged with submitting an application to the State Duma consisting of 12 articles from residents of 
Tashkent, Chimkent and other places. At the first State Duma meeting in February–June 1907, 
Abduwahidqori, who handed the document to the chairman of the Muslim faction, Biglov, was 
imprisoned shortly after and exiled to Tula. Abduwahidgari and 
Ubaydulla Khojaev famous Russian writer L.N.He met Tolstoy and discussed with him on the acute 
themes of the period.During the mercenary period, a "Turkestan mercenary committee" was formed 
under the chairmanship of jurist Ubaydulla Khojaev, who, together with the nationalist wealthy 
Mirkomilboy Mirmominboyev, headed to Petrograd to attract the attention of the Russian public to this 
issue, to cancel the decree. At the meetings of the State Duma on December 13 and 15, 1916, Tsar 
Nicholas I.I. the decree of June 25, 1916 was recognized as contrary to the circumstances specified in 
the legislation of the Russian Empire. 
The jadids ' attempts to return the mercenaries to their land came to fruition with the outbreak of the 
February Revolution of 1917.The Tashkent progressives also played an important role in the new 
phase of the jadidism movement, which began in 1917. On the ground of the association" Turon", the
