negative impact on the development of the "card business". One of the main and urgent 
problems is the problem of fraud using bank cards. In practice, there are no accurate 
statistics on fraud operations and the amount of damage caused by their implementation. 
The main reasons for this are that, firstly, most banks hide the real damage from the actions 
of fraudsters in order not to lose their reputation in the market, and secondly, in most cases, 
citizens who have become victims of fraudsters themselves do not want to contact law 
enforcement agencies, because the probability of return is very small [5].

Currently, there are several types of payment systems in Uzbekistan, they are as

Humo Kids, Uzcard Kids, VISA Classic Kids, MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Standard.

MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Standard cards carry out operations in foreign currency.

"Payme" are absolutely safe. Because all information entered about the user is stored in 
encrypted form and sent through communication channels. 
In general, "Uzcard" plastic cards use NXP chips that meet EMV standards. These 
chips ensure the security of operations performed using "Uzcard" cards. Also, 
microprocessor "Uzcard" cards generate a special and unique code for the transaction every 
time a transaction is made, a new code is required for the next transaction, so these cards 
cannot be counterfeited at all.
