FOREIGN RIGHTS AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE UNDERSIGNED:
Huzur Neşriyat (located in Uzbekistan) hereinafter referred to as “the Publishers”, of the one part, and

Yayımclık A.Ş. (
Introtema Copyright and Translation Agency) c/o Beyan Yayınları (Yenişehir Mahallesi, Kızılcık
Sokak, No:1, Kat:3, Ataşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye / Ankara Cd. No:21/3 Cağaloğlu Fatih / İstanbul / Türkiye) hereinafter
referred to as “the Agency / the Owner”, of the other part,
Whereby it is agreed as follows:
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Owner grants the Publishers
the exclusive license to print, publish and sell the Work in
Uzbek language in trade
volume under the conditions stated in this agreement.
