Scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:
- stages of intellectual activity and preparation levels of students’ development
of object-oriented structural imagination, information-logical and algorithmic
thinking have been determined based on the use of dynamic action system,
technologies for preparing practical programs by giving priority to mathematical
examples and problems, innovative projects;
- the situation in which the educational-organizational structure of
programming language classes at the institution of higher pedagogical education has
clearly occurred, finding a way out of it, Cases and hyperlinks, which describe the
problem and describe more complex situations, demonstrate educational situations
(exhibition, virtuality), by adapting web-oriented visual and online educational tools
to innovative activities, practical didactic factors of self-development competence in
students have been improved according to creativity, active and systematic

- by practical integration of online educational courses with methodical
support for teaching С++, Dеlрhi, Borland C++ Builder programming languages,
internet (online learning) and (face-to-face learning) educational organization in the
classroom, the resulting indicators of increasing students’ activity and creative
ability, developing his cognitive thinking about programming have been improved in
terms of content;
- it has been justified to ensure the individuality of teaching depending on the
open information-educational environment intended for learning, covering creative
levels and web-oriented diagnostic evaluation criteria for the development of the
educational process model on the basis of synchronous and asynchronous teaching
methods aimed at independent organization of educational activities of students of
pedagogical higher educational institutions from subjects related to programming
languages.
