Implementation of the research results. Based on the developed scientific-
theoretical proposals for improving the methodology of teaching programming languages at the institution of higher pedagogical education: - from suggestions about practical integration of online educational courses with methodical support for teaching С++, Dеlрhi, Borland C++ Builder programming languages, internet (online learning) and (face-to-face learning) educational organization in the classroom, the resulting indicators of increasing students’ activity and creative ability, developing his cognitive thinking about 44 programming content was embedded in the content of the textbook “Programming languages” (Order No. 233 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education dated July 19, 2022, Certificate No. 233-0608). As a result, by increasing the activity of students regarding programming, the logical and algorithmic thinking has been meaningfully developed based on the resulting indicators of the development of their creative ability, cognitive thinking; - from proposals about teaching programming language classes at the institution of higher pedagogical education, where the educational-organizational structure describes the situation in which it happened, finding a way out of it, defining the problem, and describing a more complex situation, demonstrating educational situations (exhibition, virtuality) Cases and hyperlinks, practical didactic factors of self-development competence in students by adapting, supplementing and enriching web-oriented visual and online educational tools to innovative activities, creativity, active and systematic approaches was embedded in the content of the tutorial entitled “Programming” (Order No. 110 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education dated March 1, 2021, Certificate No. 110-372). As a result, on the basis of improvement of practical didactic factors of students’ self- development competence, the development of algorithmic and programming competence was achieved; - from the methodical recommendations about the ensure the individuality of teaching depending on the open information-educational environment intended for learning, covering creative levels and web-oriented diagnostic evaluation criteria for the development of the educational process model on the basis of synchronous and asynchronous teaching methods aimed at independent organization of educational activities of students of pedagogical higher educational institutions from subjects related to programming languages was used in the implementation of the “Development of multimedia applications’ part of the innovative project “Creation of an electronic textbook and application of methodical recommendations for the 8-9 grades of schools taught in the Karakalpak language and implementation in the educational process (mathematics, informatics)” of the Karakalpakstan branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbekistan No. I-XT-0- 19929 (Reference Act No. 186 of the Karakalpakstan branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbekistan dated August 8, 2022).
