Kh.S.NARBAEVA, G.I.DJUMANIYAZOVA The influence of toxic chloride and sulfate salts of magnesium on phosphorus mobilizing activity of salt- tolerant rhizobacteria of cotton plant The effect of chloride and sulfate salts of magnesium (MgCl 2 and MgSO 4 ) on phosphorus mobilizing activity of 4 salt-tolerant phosphorus mobilizing strains of cotton rhizobacteria g. Bacillus and Paenibacillus, and their association have been studied. It has been revealed that under the influence of high concentration (4%) of toxic salts in medium, studied strains did not lose their phosphorus mobilizing activity. Mobilization of P 2 O 5 from Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 by the active strains and their association was within 1.9±0.12 – 2.5±0.06 mg P 2 O 5 /100ml in presence of MgCl 2 in nutritional medium, under the influence of MgSO 4 –1.8±0.15 – 2.6±0,06 mg P 2 O 5 /100ml. Releasing of P 2 O 5 from phytin by rhizobacteria under the influence of MgCl 2 was within 1.7±0.10 – 2.4±0.10 mg P 2 O 5 /100ml, and in presence of MgSO 4 in nutritional medium – 1.7±0.06 – 2.7±0.06 mg P 2 O 5 /100ml. Applying of association from the 4 salt-tolerant phosphorus mobilizing strains of rhizobacteria for bacterization of cotton seeds will promote improving the phosphorus nutrition of cotton plant on saline soils. ___________________ :631.4+631.81+631.46 . . - , . , , , . : , , , , . , , , , . , – . – . , , , 2 (60) 2015 16 . , , . . , : . , – . , . , [1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12]. , , , , . 0-30, 30-50 50-70 . : - ; , – , , ; - , ; 2 – ; SO 4 - ; , - ; - ; - ; - ; – . . D.YU.MAKHKAMOVA Seasonal dynamics nitrify of activity salted soil of the Dzhizak steppe In given clause the results of research of microbiological activity a different type of the investigated groups, salted higher number, of microorganisms are given it is necessary on slightly saline and moderately saline soil, and the low number them is necessary on strongly saline and very strongly saline soil seasonal dynamics of microorganisms is investigated. In the spring, when humidity and temperature optimum, the quantity nitrifies is more, in the summer with decrease of humidity the number them sharply falls, in the autumn with downturn of temperature the quantity of the investigated bacteria appreciablly grows. ___________________ : 631.461.7;633.1.11. , , , RIZOKOM-2 SERHOSIL 2 (60) 2015 19 RIZOKOM-2 SERH SIL . 1 , , 7,33 . 1 4,2 . 1 9,6 , 1000 – 7,1 . 4 . , , (4 ) . : RIZOKOM-2, SERHOSIL, , , . , , - – , – . – 40% 25% . , - , .
