particles deposition rate etc;
- physico-mechanical and chemical properties of pollutants.
The values of these parameters for any considered area can
be determined empirically, from appropriate reference books or
by certain functional dependencies.
Owing to the development of GIS technologies and web
services, the relevant spatial and meteorological data for almost
anywhere on the Earth are generally accessible in machine-
readable form. And software interfaces and formats for
processing are standardized. This allows us to significantly
simplify and speed up the automation of data collection and
processing to build information models, generate the necessary
databases and develop our own software for solving scientific
and engineering problems.
In light of the above, the main goal of this work is to study
the influence of vertical wind profile on the transport and
diffusion of salt-dust aerosol emissions in the atmosphere over
Aral Sea region.

A. Mathematical model
Within the scope of semi-empirical theory of turbulent
diffusion in the atmosphere and taking into account such
factors as meteorological conditions, sedimentation rate of
pollutant particles; interaction of pollutant particles with the
land cover surface; mass transfer through the boundaries of the
considered area and the absorption capacity of the
environment, we propose the following model described by
three-dimensional transport and diffusion equation in spherical
coordinates:
