from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, 733 thousand people 
were employed in jobs in the IT, software and 
computer services sub-sector of the UK's creative 
industries. This figure increased from 712 thousand 
people employed in the sector in 2017.

Also, the company is going to deploy a new and tested product to improve significantly processes, systems and people structure 
within the organisation. The technology will be licenced from a German company and will include post service after implementation.
Finally, as long as the company has closed tied to other geographical areas, such as India, they will in the position to offer 
competitive rates by hiring freelancers in India, whose daily rate are 60% lower than those in UK. This will enable them to provide a 
competitive proposal while guaranteeing the quality of service.

Weaknesses 
As many companies which start a new business, there is a lack of brand awareness in the case of a new startup or lack of product 
awareness when launching a new unit of business as the case. As the company has been operating in the last seven years, it could 
use its network to promote the product and prove its effectiveness.
Also, member of the team holds an outstanding technical experience but lack sales and marketing expertise. As, it will be 
commented in the 4Ps strategy, there are different resources to be deployed to mitigate this weakness.
Finally, there are string brands outside there providing the same services, basically the big four and Accenture which is more 
focused on technology than the others. The company is not going to compete directly with them adopting a strategy to target those 
segments and companies that cannot afford the huge fees of these big consulting firms.
Opportunities 
The company will start the operations in London and Midlands and after to the whole country. However, they will be the chance of 
expansion to other countries and even continent. Besides, initially they will attend subsegments such as financial services, banks, 
retail, automotive and public sector but they could scale up to other sectors because the product can be deployed in multiple 
industries.

Other complementary services could be delivered to improve the customer experience and increase revenues, such as 
maintenance of systems, regular analysis of the performance and constants reviews. These services contribute to carve out loyalty 
and engagement with the clients.
Finally, and regarding the potential clients, those market that are mature and with fierce competition or pricing war, are the best 
ones for the companies as the players will tend to reduce costs by improving processes and systems.
