3.3. Missing Documents 
All documents listed in Section 3.2. are mandatory application documents. However, certain 
documents are accepted to be uploaded even after the application deadline, provided that the 
applicant could not obtain the document by the application deadline. 
In this case, the applicants must upload a signed declaration stating that they will obtain and upload 
the missing document(s) by 1 August 2024 at the latest. Please note that Tempus Public Foundation 
provides no form for the declaration; it can be written by the Applicant. No missing document will be 
accepted if the declaration is not uploaded by 15 January 2024, 2 p.m. and/or if the missing documents 
are not uploaded by 1 August 2024; thus, such applications will be rejected automatically.
