Sense organs.
Eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin are the sense organs. We use our sense organs to learn about the things around us. The eyes- We see with the help of our eyes. The eye is moved by muscles.
It looks like a small camera and takes the picture of the things around us.These pictures are send to the brain, so we can see all the things around us. The ears-We hear with the help our ears. Through the ears different kinds of sounds arrive at the brain, so we can hear the sounds .
The nose-We smell things with the help of our noses . The nose is an organ of smell and it is also a passage for the air we breathe. The tongue – With the help of our tongues we can taste the things we eat .Some parts of the tongue are sensitive to four flavours ;salt, sour , bitter and sweet .The tongue is necessary for chewing, for swallowing, for cleaning and for speaking. The skin – We fell heat, cold and pressure with the help of skin .All these organs have nerves which carry impulses from them to the brain. The nerves in the body are the messages carriers. They carry messages to the brain.Sense organs tell us what is happening around us. We can see and hear . We can smell and taste our food and we can feel the things that we touch.
