The phrase “turn to” means “ask someone for help”. The third and largest group consists of idioms that lack translations in the target language. Any other language should be translated using non-phraseological methods if possible. Non-phraseological translations use lexical, rather than phraseological, ways to convey the idiom's meaning. Such translations cannot be regarded as having their full worth. Imagination, expressiveness, connotation, figurativeness, shades of meaning, etc. are frequently some of the losses. And here the phrase was translated into Armenian as “ողջունել” which has no relation with the phrase “turn to” .
Dr. Weitbrecht Rotholz has dealt in such terms with the Rev. Robert Strickland's innocent biography that it is difficult to avoid feeling a certain sympathy for the unlucky parson.
In Cambridge dictionary, the phrase “deal in” defines as to “buy and sell particular goods as a business”. The idioms dictionary defines the phrase as “To work in a particular field”. Now let’s look at the translation:

In the Armenian version, the phrase fails to keep the phrase's metaphorical meaning since the phrase isn’t used in his meaning.
