INTRODUCTION
Teaching foreign languages in Uzbekistan has become very important since the first days of the Independence of our country, which pays much attention to the rising of education level of people, their intellectual growth. Paying attention to the importance and value of the teaching foreign languages in the country, the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. A. Karimov pointed out the real importance of education in early days of our independence. His plan about improving the quality of spiritual life of people and teaching young generation was very practical and covered all spheres of our society. As the first our President I. A. Karimov said: “Today it’s difficult to revalue the importance of knowing foreign languages for our country as our people see their great prosperous future in the cooperation with foreign partners” [1,8].
In connection with above, we can refer to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-1875 OF 10 December 2012 “On measures on further improvement of teaching of foreign language learning”. Since the adaption of the system- generating decree all the work in this area has been intensified and major reforms in modernization of teaching foreign languages at all levels of continuing education have started. According to the targets set by the Government of the Republic, new state educational standards, based on international standards CEFR were adopted.
President resolves to improve foreign language learning system. On December 10, 2012 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a decree “On measures to further improve foreign language learning system”. It is noted that in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On education” and the National Programme for Training in the country, a comprehensive foreign languages teaching system aimed at creating harmoniusly developed, highly educated, modern-thinking young generation, further integration of the country to the world community, has been created. During the years of independence, over 51.7 thousand teachers of foreign languages graduated from universities, English, German, French multimedia tutorials and textbooks for 5-9 grades of secondary schools, electronic resources for learning English in primary schools were created, more than 5000 secondary schools professional colleges and academic lyceums were equipped with language labaratories.
Teaching foreign languages in Uzbekistan has become very important since the first days of the Independence of our country, according to this our government pays much attention to the rising attention to the rising of educational level of people and their intellectual growth. As our president I.A. Karimov said: “Nowadays, foreign languages teaching system proves that educational standards, curricula and textbooks do not fully meet the up-to-date requirements in terms of application of the advanced information and media technologies. Teaching is being conducted using traditional methodologies. Both consistent learning of the foreign languages at all levels of the education system and teachers’ professional upgrading and equipping them with modern educational literature require further enhancement”
The actuality of the course work is revealed importance of formal and informal language in human’s life.
The aim of this course work is to know deeply the variants of English and to investigate and differentiate the varieties of English formality, making out peculiarities and differences.

  4. To analyze the distinctions between used vocabulary in formal and informal language;
