Description

This Chénas, grown on steep and granite-rich soils, is reminiscent of a Moulin-à-Vent with its

deep colour and aromatic bouquet of violets and roses. This is one of the smallest

appellations in the Beaujolais.

Winemaking

Traditional vinification with controlled temperature.

Tasting note

With a beautiful dark and strong colour, our Chénas reveals aromas of dark fruits sustained

by delicate spicy notes.  A nice density in this opulent wine, ripe black fruits dominate with

silky tannins.

Wild game, meat dishes with sauce, roasts, charcuterie and cheeses.
