Foreword
Dear experts LDG reviewed the material on DD presented by you. Earlier we agreed with local management to support the experts group on finalizing the DD. Approximately even if the DD would finished up to 70% we ready finalise the works and then start our part of work on adaptation. But unfortunately the presented material are far away from this conditions and we cannot go on with this material. If we start going on work with this materials, better we make DD from start our self. Because there is much fundamental questions.
So please see below.
General issues

  1. Picketing (PK) on the plans is performed only on the M1: 8000 plan. On the plan in M1: 8000, wells, pipe diameters, transitions are not shown, thus it is a general overview plan. Therefore, for joint reading of profiles with plan drawings, it is necessary to show the PKs on plans in M1: 500.

  2. the sheet numbers on the CW P1-46 plans drawings do not match with the numbers on the "model" sheet, which creates confusion. For example, sheet CW101P08 (plan), the model indicates sheet PART12. Probably, it would be more correct to collect all sheets of CW P1-46, with one sheet as a common “Model”, on one file, or to split it into two or three parts, rather than each sheet.

  3. It is necessary to submit a separate drawing with details for crossings under roads, railways, water channels.

  4. On profiles CW201-206, the angles of the route turn, tees, branches, etc. are not shown (see the sub-profile table column “Well number, points, turning angles”, there are no leaders for crossings over a / roads, railways, water barriers. In the sub-profile table, please correct the name of the column "Pipe diameter and material" to "Designation of the pipe and type of insulation. In the same column, please update the legend designation of the pipe in accordance with GOST 18599-200, for example, "PE pipe _______ SDR _____ - D (nominal outer diameter of the pipe) x t (nominal wall thickness), potable water GOST 18599-2001.

The issue of pipeline diameters and hydraulic calculation
On the plans presented, all intra-street water supply networks are accepted as D 160 mm, although the symbols indicate from 800 to 110 mm, which raises doubts and the question of the correctness of the indicated diameters. To substantiate the accepted diameters, we ask you to provide a hydraulic calculation of the water supply system. This material is drawn up in a separate book or album, where calculation schemes and hydraulic calculation tables for them are presented. This material must be submitted to the State Expertise.
According to KMK 2.04.02-2019 clause 4.11. as a rule, the hydraulic calculation is performed for the following typical water supply modes:
- per day of maximum water consumption - maximum, average and minimum hourly flows, as well as maximum hourly consumption and estimated water consumption for fire extinguishing;
- per day of average water consumption - average hourly consumption;
- per day of minimum water consumption - minimum hourly consumption.

service connections.

  1. At a meeting with the participation of a representative of the khokimiyat of Yangiyul and the operating organization watersupply company, it was determined that a box with a water meter for each house would be installed from the facade side before entering the house. This is not reflected in the details of the inputs to the houses.

  2. The project does not provide information on the number of households connected to the water supply. And also the calculation of the diameters of pipelines for connecting houses. From practice, usually a pipe D 25 mm is provided for input to one household, you designed a D 32 mm.

  3. At the entrances to houses, you have a shut-off valve at the point of connection to the street network. Is it necessary, especially in cases where there are 1 or 2 customers, because shut-off valves will be installed in the box with the water meter?

  4. Also, watersupply company refuses to be installed buried valves.

Fire hydrant
The project proposes the installation of overhead fire hydrants.
At a meeting with the participation of a representative of the khokimiyat of Yangiyul and the Vodokanal, it was determined that ground installation of fire hydrants is not practiced in our country. There are several problems with the installation: you need to get approval from the fire services and the Ministry of Emergencies; installation requires land acquisition; free space from the carriageway is required 2-2.5 m; according to clause 8.16. KMK 2.04.02-2019 "Installation of hydrants on the branch from the water supply line is not allowed."
In this connection, it was decided to adopt in the project an underground installation of fire hydrants in wells.

Valves with automatic engine
At a meeting with the participation of a representative of the khokimiyat of Yangiyul and the Vodokanal, it was determined that electrified valves should be used in the project only with justification. In all other cases, not electrified.

Water wells(chambers) (CW500-521)

  1. The use of rectangular lids is not practiced in the Uzbekistan. In the project, it is necessary to use round covers for wells in accordance with GOST.

  2. Sheet CW514. Chamber type 4. For the transition from d 800 mm to D 110, 2 joints are provided on flange connections, which significantly increased the size of the well. Why is it impossible to install a standard flange plug on D 800 mm and then weld the D 100 pipe to it?

  3. Sheet CW516. What is the need for flange connections, fittings such as transitions, tees. Typically flanged connections are used for removable fittings, and for non-removable welds.

  4. Sheet CW518. Chamber type 12-1, 12-2. What is the need in these 2 cases, the installation of SC and FA parts outside the well.

By sheets
Sheet CW101P25
Please correct, Steel pipe D530 must come out of the VC-TYPE (1) chamber, the pipe is connected to the existing sump (as corrected on the plan). Detailing of the VC-TYPE (1) chamber on sheet CW513, correct the exit to the steel pipe D 530.
