When customers cancel themselves:

Hello, Samuel we just got off the phone in regards to the cancellation of your order. I explained you that we will be waiving the cancellation fee off $200 and keeping the original $100 deposit as a courtesy. We thank you for your understanding, please reply to this email:
BROKER’S EMAIL or to my number: BROKER’S NUMBER with a clear YES to confirm the cancellation of your order 00000000-AF and to agree that you will not be disputing this charge.

I confirmed you a driver but you rejected it and you did not follow the rules which is written on the contract, I'll keep $100 as the cancellation fee, but as a matter of fact that it should be $200 in total according to the contract, if you try to refund your money, I'll go to court for my legal $200 as we still have the contract, Thanks BROKER.

Okay, so then you need to pay $200 cancellation fee, please read the section 7, we have 7 days to work on your order within a week, if I cannot the job done for you within a week, then we can cancel the order without any cancellation fee and will refund your money,
(Otherwise, if you want to cancel with me, I will send you an invoice for another $100 and after you pay it, I can cancel your order, is that Ok for you?)
(Otherwise, if you want to cancel with me, your deposit will stay as a cancellation fee, and I will cancel your order, is that OK for you?)

I got a driver for your car who can pick it up, but it is just an option for you, he is an individual driver and that’s why he is asking for more money, he is asking for $300, is it okay for you? So, then I will find you another driver for your car (it may take a little bit more time, that’s why I advise you to go with this driver, but it is just an option, if you do not want this option, I will find another carrier for your car).

I cannot cancel the order because everything is already scheduled as for the contract there is $200 cancellation fee if you read the section 7 and I can keep your order on hold and whenever you need transportation again, I can make it happen without getting any deposit from you!

Cancelling order (Customer request, no reason)
According to the contract you signed, Auto Freight Carriers LLC has 7-day period of time to work on your order. For now, confirm by clear “YES” or “NO”. Should I cancel your order 00000000-AF?
-If “YES”, deposit $200, you paid, will be sent to Accounting Department as a CANCELLATION FEE. By cancelling your order, you agree that you will not be disputing this charge!

-If “YES”, you have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE which is $200. Please confirm your decision with clear “YES” so I can cancel your order and the payment department will charge a $200 CANCELLATION FEE from your Credit Card. By cancelling your order, you agree that you will not be disputing this charge!




After Dispatch:

Hello this is BROKER with Auto Freight Carriers LLC, you said 11th is ok for pick-up, so I secured the spot for you, but now you're going to cancel the order, I have to pay the driver for rescheduling fee for your order you're causing an inconvenience situation for me. On the other hand, we have the contract according to the contract you have to pay $200 as the cancellation fee, you’ve paid me $100 as my deposit so now if you want to cancel the order you have to pay $100 extra as cancellation fee, please text me or call me and I'll send an invoice for $100 to cancel the order.


Please do not make the situation harder than that as it is legal and I have the right for getting my cancellation fee.
