2.5 Current situation of logistics objects in AsiaAccording to the customs statistics, the trade volume with the five Central Asian countries has accounted for more than 80% of the total trade volume of Xinjiang, China, which was 81.91% in 2016 and 90% in 2018. This shows that the logistics object of Xinjiang, China is mainly exported to the Central Asian countries. It can be seen from table 5 and table 6 that the export objects of Xinjiang, China are mainly labor-intensive or resource intensive products, including clothing, textile yarn and fabrics, footwear, mechanical and electrical products, etc. Other main objects include: various daily necessities, plastic products, glass products, food, agricultural products, etc. there are few high value-added products with high technology or machinery. Xinjiang, China mainly imports raw materials and primary products such as steel, crude oil, non-ferrous metals, cotton, scrap metals, fur, sawn timber, etc. The import and export trade between China and the five Central Asian countries has developed rapidly, and the total economic and trade volume has increased rapidly. According to statistics, the trade volume between China and the five Central Asian countries in 1992 was only 527million US dollars, but the trade volume in 2021 has reached 25.2 billion US dollars, a total increase of nearly 50 times in 17 years. Since 2015, China's trade with Central Asia has changed from trade deficit to trade surplus. The economic and trade development of Xinjiang, China is relatively backward. In recent years, the import and export scale of Xinjiang, China has been expanding, and the growth rate is higher than the national average. The trade with the five Central Asian countries accounts for more than 70% of China's total trade with the five Central Asian countries. By 2021, the total import and export of Xinjiang, China port to the five Central Asian countries had reached 26.75 billion US dollars, an increase of 63.4%, accounting for 90% of the total import and export value of the whole year.
