Anamnesis morbi
The disease began in may 2021. Doesn’t connect illnes to something special.
Histological summary "left-sided transperitonal nephrectomy" on 16.06.2021 at RIO and RIATM after medical examination at the place of residence with patient disease № 6709-10-11-12 o/21 "mesenchymal type of nephroblastama" . During the period after the patient's permanent visit to RIO RITA warrior ATM AVF at Control MKT, UTT passed the examinations. There are no signs of recurrence of the disease now .
Anamnesis vitae
The patient was born and raised in satisfactory family conditions. Can’t remember diseases passed in her childhood. Previously, no allergic reaction to any kind of drugs and foods was observed.
Epidemiological analysis: did not interact with patients with infectious disease. In the last two months did not go out to foreign countries. Not infected with infectious diseases.
Status praesens
The general condition of the patient is relatively satisfactory. The skin and visible mucous membranes are pale pink. Bone, Joint system without deformation. Peripheral lymph nodes are not enlarged.
Respiratory system. Breathing fluently through the nose . 26 times in a minute. Percutaneous clear, lung sound. In auscultation, dry wheezing was heard against the background of blistering vesicular breathing in both lungs.
Cardiovascular system.
The heart tip impulse is conspicuous. Heart tip impulse L.Media clavicularis is detected inside 1 cm between the V-VI ribs on sinistra. Pulse 112 beats in a minute, medium full.
Digestion system.
Wet tongue. Soft belly, painless. Liver and spleen are not enlarged. Diarrhea once a day regularly.
Urinary system.
Unchanged swelling and redness were not observed when the lumbar spine was seen. The lumbar spine is painless when palpated. Pasternatsky symptom have both supporters negative, urination fluently. When palpated, the kidneys do not hit the hand.
Status localis: The chest is cylindrical, of the normastenic type. Chest elasticity was maintained. There is a scar on the front wall of the abdomen that is 14x0.5 in size. There are no signs of recurrence of the disease now. The liver and spleen are not cataloged. Peripheral lymph nodes are not enlarged.
