ABSTRACT 

The  purpose  of  the  study  to  evaluate  the  importance  of  Moodle  usage  in  teaching  foreign  languages  in 

universities.  The  paper  summarizes  the  most  effective  types  of  Moodle  and  distance  learning  for  blended 

learning, distance education, flipped classroom and other e-learning projects in schools, universities, workplaces 

and other sectors and communication competence of foreign languages.

INTRODUCTION  

In  the  era  of  globalization,  we  would  not  be  mistaken  to  say  that  the  speed  and  intensity  of  all  the 

developmental processes of the diverse and diverse spheres of our people's life are continuously growing. From 

the beginning of the 20th century,  many discoveries and inventions  have been  made in virtually all aspects of 

science  and  technology.  Also,  science  has  become  a  direct  production  force  of  our  society.  It  is  customary  to 

make  great  discoveries  and  inventions  in  every  field  of  science  that  explores  the  laws  of  nature  and  society. 

Thus, in the mid-20th century, there was a need to automate the calculations requiring more labor and will than 

to make a complex and expensive instrument such as a computing machine. As noted above, the development of 

human life has led to the creation of new discoveries. Humanity is faced with various barriers to innovation, and 

overcoming these obstacles, new inventions will emerge. However, from the examples of life experience, many 

new discoveries occur during a particular problem solving. 

The creation of computers was one of the greatest discoveries of the 20th century. 

Computer  is  an  English  word,  which  means  that  you  have  computing,  the  Computer  Exposure 

Compensation  Machine  is  an  automated  device  running  software.  Uniformity  with  electronic  computing 

machine  (exposure).  However,  besides  computing,  its  function  is  quite  wide.  It  is  possible  to  show  several 

generations  of  computers  in  the  development  of  computers.  These  generations  are  different  from  the  types  of 

elements, their structural and technological properties, their logical structure, software, technical details and ease 

of use. At present, technology of copywriting has grown dramatically. 

The  dramatic  changes  that  have  taken  place  in  the  development  of  society  have  an  impact  on  the 

informatics sector as well. This effect is so strong that changes in information technology are changing over and 

over in months, not within years.

METHODOLOGY  

Currently, the Moodle e-learning system is becoming more and more popular in the field of education, 

as  well  as  by  the  Ministry  of  Higher  and  Secondary  Special  Education  of  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan  of 

December  30,  2016  "  On  the  organization  of  introduction  of  entertainment  complexes  "№  526  on  the 

implementation  of  the  4th  paragraph  of  the  Moodle  e-learning  system  placement  of  educational-methodical 

complexes, 'is being processed. 

Moodle is  a free  and  open-source learning  management  system (LMS)  written  in PHP and  distributed 

under  the GNU  General  Public  License. Developed  on pedagogical principles,  Moodle  is  used  for blended 

learning, distance education, flipped classroom and other e-learning projects in schools, universities, workplaces 

and other sectors.  

With  customizable  management  features,  it  is  used  to  create  private websites with  online  courses  for 

educators 

and 

trainers 

to 

achieve 

learning 

goals. Moodle 

(acronym 

for modular object-

oriented dynamic learning  environment)  allows  for  extending  and  tailoring  learning  environments  using 

community sourced plugins. 

Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic  Learning Environment).  

An open source, online courseware platform thatruns under all major operating systems. 

 

Moodle  is  a  Web-based  software  component  that  runs  on-the-go  learning  and  on-line  tutoring. 

Moodle  is  an  acronym  for  English  words  Modular  Object  Oriented  Dynamic  Learning  Environment  is  a 

modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment. 

 

The system is primarily intended to provide a mutual (knowledge) relationship between the teacher (s) and the 

student  (s).  Moodle  Truck  -  Martin  Dougiamas.  Upon  completion  of  the  course,  he  completed  his  Ph.D.  in 

Computer  Science  and  Education  (Ph.D.).  The  theme  of  doctoral  dissertation  is  "The  use  of  open  source 

software to support a social constructionist epistemology of teaching and learning with the reflective inquiry of 

Internet-based communities." 

 

Distance  learning  enables  all  those  who  want  to  pursue  their  education  continuously.  During  such 

instruction,  the  student  gets  an  independent  learning  curriculum,  checks,  supervises  the  supervision  of  the 

teacher directly and interacts with other groups of the "vertical learning group" in the group. 

 

Distance learning uses a variety of information and communication technologies  - each technology 

depends  on  the  purpose  and  the  essence  of  the  problem.  For  example,  traditional  text-based  teaching  aids 

(manuals,  textbooks)  are  based  on  introducing  new  material  to  students,  and  interactive  audio  and  video 

conferencing may involve interoperability, and is designed to send and receive messages that are inaccurate and 

inaccurate. 

DISCUSSION  

Distance  learning  is  a  form  of  education  based  on  information  and  telecommunication  technologies,  such  as 

correspondence  and  daytime  education,  which  includes  the  best  traditional  and  innovative  methods,  teaching 

tools  and  forms.  Distance  learning  -  is  a  new  educational  system  based  on  information  technology, 

telecommunications technology and technical means.

It is a system that requires the trainee to be more independent of the learners by providing access to 

the learning environment and teacher-friendly learning standards and standards. At the same time, the learning 

process does not depend on the time and place of the training. The LMS / LCMS system also includes the basic 

functions of organizing e-learning (distance learning). 

 

Atribut  is  an  LMS  system  that  manages  the  educational  process  on  the  web.  Training  modules 

available on the system: 

- Forums, 

- Materials, 

- Messenger, 

- Chat, 

- Exercises, 

- Group work, 

- Student tracking and other modules are available. 

 

Because the system supports multiple standards, physically disabled students on the Internet can use 

educational resources through the system. In particular, visually impaired students can listen to audio content in 

educational content when connected to the system through web applications. 

CONCLUSIONS    

In  summary,  it  should  be  noted  that  most  Internet  users  have  access  to  news,  information  search,  e-mail,  or 

sales. Internet opportunities are increasing day by day. A new stage of Internet access has begun  - the Internet 

has  been  implemented  in  various  sectors.  Internet  technologies:  distance  learning,  electronic  libraries, 

telemedicine, telemetry, e-business, electronic magazines and others.
