TOPIC. PREPARATION OF "COLOR EMULSION" USING 
COLOR AND EMULSION 
 
 
Color emulsion is widely used in the construction industry to repair buildings. The 
reason for this is to ensure the attractiveness of the building. Emulsion raw materials 
consist of many chemicals. We will consider the process of preparing a colored 
emulsion, which is formed by mixing an emulsion with a simple chemical color. 
We have 2 components. The first is color and the second is emulsion. The 
components first pass through the flow meter sensor until they reach the mixing tank. 
Then it is poured through the faucet and into the mixing bowl. The finished product 
is formed after the components are well mixed in the container. The finished product 
passes quality sensor control in the process of leaving the container. Then the quality 
sensor sends a signal to the main control sensor. The main control sensor checks 
whether the product quality is good or bad and sends a signal to the hydraulic 
controller. The hydraulic controller sends a signal to the crane. And the crane, based 
on the data, increases, decreases or keeps the flow of product through the pipe in a 
normal state.
The process of product readiness is repeated based on the quality of the product 
in the above case. 
In short, I witnessed that every situation in the technological process is 
inextricably linked.
