especially Russian economist L.I. Evenko believes that the concept of employees' role
in production goes through four stages of development:
1. Use of labor resources. It covers the period from the late 19th to the 60s of
the 20th century, and according to this concept, only human function in was measured
by working hours and wages.
2. Personnel management. The theory of this concept, which began to be
developed in the eighties of the 30s of the 20th century, has been regarded as a function
of human function, and implies that it is through administrative means (principles,
methods, powers, functions).
3. Human Resource Management. According to this concept, a person is
viewed not as a function of service, but as an integral element of three social
components (job function, social relations, employee status). This theory began to be
developed in the 70s of the 20th century and was reflected in the idea of activating
the human factor during the reconstruction of the former Soviet Union.
4. Human Management. The founders of this concept are Japanese economists
K. Matsusita and A. Marita, who, in their opinion, are the main subject of management
and the main subject of management, and cannot be regarded as a support. The strategy
and structure of the enterprise should be based on the person's wishes and capabilities.
