Urakov Mamurali Master of the faculty of Economics, National University of Uzbekistan Annotation One of the key areas of reform in the conditions of liberalization of the economy is the improvement of the personnel system and management, which is a part of the national economy, to improve the quality of staff and employment. Keywords: market economy, executives, personnel, effective, mechanism. Proper organization of labor relations in the context of emerging market relations will enable the management of the labor force, increase the motivation of labor, increase its quality and efficiency. Personnel management is a system of organizational, socio-economic, psychological, ethical and legal relationships that effectively use human potential to benefit the individual and the business as a whole. Production personnel are usually staffed in material production. The main staff is mainly manufacturing, cleaning and harvesting workers. Auxiliary personnel are employed mainly in the service departments of the enterprise. The labor of production personnel is represented as a commodity (buildings, machinery, clothes, food, etc.). Management personnel (employees) are usually more involved in mental work and managing production. Management personnel are also divided into two main categories: managers and specialists.
