- stimulation of the motivational sphere of foreign language teachers to use
modern teaching technologies through discussion of current problems with colleagues,
updating knowledge gained in the course of course teaching, etc .;
- saturation of the process of training foreign language teachers with tasks
involving the use of reflection mechanisms;
- the focus of the course learning process on overcoming the psychological and
didactic difficulties that arise when using new teaching technologies.
And finally, the didactic conditions:
the active use of modern approaches and training technologies (the
problematic approach, the project method, the development of critical thinking,
game technologies, etc.);
the organization of collective forms of work that contribute to the interactive
focus of course training;
execution of tasks of the communicative unit in English.
Summarizing and emphasizing that above point of view in the field of
professional and methodical training of a foreign language teacher, since the
educational and methodological potential of the university in this regard is not fully
realized. In our opinion, it is desirable to consider the student as a potential
phenomenon that should be enriched and developed in the individual professional
training of a future teacher of a foreign language. This does not exclude the ability of
a foreign language teacher to be a leader in assessing the learning process and student
readiness. At the same time, we can recognize that the trimester of one year of study at
the undergraduate level creates certain difficulties with the psychological and personal
characteristics of the student in the formation of professional competence.
