1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The University undertakes to provide an educational service with the aim of obtaining a higher education by a Student, in the direction of preparation in accordance with the curriculum and undergraduate programs (International Foundation Studies) of Amity University in Tashkent, and the Student or Payer provides payment for educational services under the terms of this Contract.
1.2. The period of the educational program at the time of signing the Contract is One (1) year.
Education at the University is carried out in English.
1.3. A student is enrolled in the University, in accordance with the Admission Rules of Amity University (Republic of India) in accordance with the Resolution No.PP-4097 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Establishment of Amity University in Tashkent" dated 07 January 2019.
1.4. After the Student has completed the educational program and successfully passed the final attestation, he/she shall be awarded a standard diploma of the Amity University in Tashkent, recognized as a document of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
Университет обязуется предоставить образовательную услугу с целью получения высшего образования Студентом, в соответствии с учебными планами и программами бакалавриата (International Foundation Studies) Университет Амити в Ташкенте, а Студент или Плательщик обеспечивает оплату образовательных услуг на условиях настоящего Договора.
1.2. Срок освоения образовательной программы на момент подписания Договора составляет Один (1) год.
Обучение в Университете осуществляется на английском языке.
1.3. Студент зачисляется в Университет, в соответствии с Правилами приема Университета Амити (Республика Индия) на основании Постановления Президента Республики Узбекистан от 7 января 2019 года № ПП-4097 «О создании Университета Амити в городе Ташкенте»
1.4. После того, как студент освоил образовательную программу и успешно прошел итоговую аттестацию, ему выдается диплом установленной формы Университета Амити в Ташкенте, признанный документом о высшем образовании в Республике Узбекистан.
