Contract No. Aut/ifs/2020/ on the provision of paid educational services

2.3. The Payer is obliged:
2.3.1. To ensure payment for the studying of the Student in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

2.3.2. To submit to the University within 5 (five) working days a copy of the payment order in paper or electronic form as proof of payment.

2.3.3 To control the student's progress. To ensure the completion of industrial, pre-degree internships in accordance with the curriculum of the specialty.

2.3.4.*^ After graduation, to provide the Student with a job in accordance with the received specialty and qualification in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2.3.5 In case the Student does not fulfill the obligations under this Contract, to take measures to collect the costs associated with the study of the Student at the University from the Student.

2.3.6. In case of inability to make payment within the period specified in this Contract, to notify the University in writing 3 days prior to payment.
2.3.7. To comply with other conditions and guarantees as agreed by the parties.


2.4. The Payer has the right:
2.4.1 To receive complete and reliable information about the assessment of the Student's knowledge and skills, as well as about the assessment criteria and issues related to the study process at the University.
2.4.2.* To require from the Student reimbursement of funds spent on his studies at the University in case of refusal to comply with the terms of this Contract after its entry into force, dismissal from the University on his own initiative or for academic failure, absences without a proper reason, committing antisocial acts, refusal to enter into an employment contract with the Customer, or termination of the concluded employment contract on any reasons other than those provided by paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 100 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan within five years of being assigned to work.
2.4.3. To implement other rights stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in force.
