How to improve

• We can make a folder to gather cable so it will never tangle.
• To wrap with thread so it will not easily tangle.
• Using different plastic materials to become attractive.
• Using flexible materials so it will be portable.

Design variables

1. Convenience: customers can easily untangle earphone cables themselves.

2. Price: develop headphone cable at a minimum cost.

3. Maintenance cost: reduce cost of technical help and fix other bugs.

4. Safety::Earphone should not give much pressure to the ear.

6. Weight: earphone should not be heavy oppositely it should be portable.

7. Noise: everyone don’t like whispering sounds so earphone should not have such noises.

REFLECTED ELEMENTS

• Convenience and attractiveness are much important for customers whenever they use earphones, headphones should be portable.
• Customers are interested in price and size of any product and it is known that consumers want to buy headphone at a minimum cost when they want to listen music.
• All earphones should be portable and easy to untangle.
• The new design is to improve effectiveness of earphone cable.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN 1

By wrapping earphone cable with thread it will be more thicker and it will not easily tangled.

Earphone holder

We can make this holder with two bottle caps and a bolt with nuts.

It is easy to find such materials and it will be really effective.

Earphone holder can easily hold cable. It is portable and easy to use.

This is really appropriate for the pocket.

In this design we can use non-combustible fabrics and string.

First we can wrap long string with non-combustible fabrics and then we pass earphone cable through string.

The most relevant thing is that it will easily untangle in all cases for example you can insert earphone in your pocket and after you take, it will immediately return to its previous state.

As above mentioned, this final product simply solve tangling problems

Self-evaluation

Everyone can easily use this product that is to hold cable we need just turning caps into different direction and we can pull top and bottom part of earphone. Materials are easy to find and recyclable so that it will increase productivity of product therefore this product cannot be expensive.
