As a conclusion from a number of concepts and points of view noted in this 
scientific article regarding legal and technical norms, it is appropriate to note the 
following general features characteristic of such norms: 
first of all, legal-technical norms embody technical characteristics, that is, such 
norms reflect important rules in the relationship between man and technology, the 
use of technology, the norms of its use; 
secondly, legal-technical norms express the "subject-object" relationship, that 
is, they reflect the norms of working with nature, its objects, labor tools, various 
technical tools, medicine, pharmaceutical instructions, and their use; 
thirdly, the legal-technical norms show the rules for technical actions in their 
content; 
fourthly, non-compliance with technical norms, using them without having 
special knowledge and skills can cause certain consequences; 
fifthly, if social norms regulate the mutual and collective relations of people, 
technical norms are aimed at regulating the relations of people with technology; 
sixthly, legal-technical norms are a unique link that helps a person to 
understand, understand and correctly use scientific and technical achievements, the 
world surrounding a person, medicine and other areas that require special 
knowledge; 
seventhly, legal-technical norms will have the characteristics of legal norms 
without losing their organizational-technical characteristics, that is, they are 
established by the state, they reflect the will of the majority, are reflected in special

eighthly, legal-technical norms are also the main means of determining the 
reasonable proportions of "man and nature" and "man and environment" relations;
