Cutting process for Garment production
Marker1: We cut only size 14 on this marker. We have to produce 15 garment of size 14. (See picture desarollo del debujo in the previous slide)
We have to produce 15 garments, we have 1 garment for ply so we need 15 plies
Marker2: We cut size 15.5 and size 18 on this marker. We have to produce 20 garment of size 18 and 20 of 300 for size 15.5.
The remaining 280 for size 15.5 are cut in other 2 markers (250 on marker5 and 30 on marker3)
We have to produce 20 garments and we gave 1garment per size per ply so we need 20 plies
Cutting process for Garment production
Marker5: We cut size 15, 15.5, 16 and 16.5 on this marker. For this marker we have to produce 250 garment for each size. The maximum number of plies is 25.
We have to produce 250 garments and we gave 1garment per size per ply so we need 25 plies 10 times so, we have 10 layers for the same marker.
Cutting process for Garment production
The NOW flow is the following:

• Customer order entry
• Creation of a PD for order line ( one PD for every color/size combination) for every BOM level. We have a PD for every ACP item
• Creation of 1 PO for all the ACP’s PD.
• The reservation is calculated based on the BOM definitions for the full PO.
• Only one reservation line for the fabric.
• Creation of the markers.
• Issue of the fabric and roll selection for each lay

Cutting process for Garment production
The cutting plan and the marker definitions (how many sizes and which sizes for marker) is defined out of NOW (usually Lectra or Gerber application do it)
This process in NOW starts with the marker entry ( manual or imported by external application.
