I find myself going out a lot with my friends these days, obviously for entertainment, and as you know most forms of entertainment don't come cheap. But there was this one particular time me and my friends went out for a picnic at a local park, and surprisingly, it cost us a lot less than we thought it would. Now let me tell you a little about why we decided to go picnicking and how it went. A friend of mine, Jenny, decided that we should do something low-key to celebrate the completion of our university/school project, and when she suggested this idea, I wasn't sure whether my rebellious friends, whose definition of "celebration" is getting hammered and doing crazy stuff, would approve. To my surprise, they went along with the idea: probably because they needed a break from all the chaos in their lives. So, we finally went to the local park Jenny picked out of a dozen more attractive picnic area options. We brought with us some blankets, soft drinks, and a charcuterie board with all sorts of cheese, dried fruits, nuts and some freshly-baked bread. We laid our blankets on the ground, set up our lunch, put on some classic music, and basically, got the mini-party started. Everyone felt at home and nice, so we decided to make a day of it. At the end, we split the cost six ways, which meant each one of paid the amount of about 10 dollars, and this is actually not much compared to how much we spent every other time we went out partying
