CONCLUSION
Thus, in the manufacture of woven flexible electric heaters, it is necessary to take into account the change in fabric
relaxation processes over time.
The structure of heating fabrics, depending on the type of conductive threads or yarns, insulating material, on the
purpose of the heating element, on the method of connection (installation), on the specific power of the product, etc.
determines the choice of equipment for weaving production, in particular, the weaving machine. Weaving machines
must ensure the combined processing of electrically conductive and insulating threads used for the framing base and
for heating elements.
Thus, the technological process of weaving makes it possible to practically obtain any kind of woven heating,
given their specific power. Modern weaving machines allow you to produce any heating fabrics with a given electrical
resistance.
