Present: As a pre-work assignment for this workshop, you were asked to 
identify an individual that you consider to be a great leader (living or 
deceased, famous or not). You were also asked to consider the traits that 
make this person such an admirable leader. I would like each of you to 
introduce yourself and also to “introduce” us to the leader you identified.
Include one specific leadership quality that makes him/her stand out.
