Operators will be required to obtain some of the information

for internal security (cf. section 4). The involvement of these 
authorities is generally recommendable at this stage. 
Cooperation with 
security authorities 
The general security situation describes dangers such as

the level of danger. A period of around five years can be 
reviewed for this purpose. The following information should 
be contained in such a review: 
General information on recorded minor offences, such as 
simple theft 
Number of previously committed break-ins or serious 
cases of theft
Identification of organised criminality in the operational 
area 
Number of previously perpetrated acts of sabotage, 
including unresolved cases involving a substantial 
suspicion of sabotage
