INTRODUCTION (Abstract of the dissertation of the Philosophy (PhD))
The purpose of the research. Development of scientific proposals and practical
recommendations aimed at improving the directions of budget policy in Uzbekistan.
The tasks of the research work are:
to study scientific-theoretical basis of budgetary policy
and theoretical basis of
its specific characteristics;
to determine and evaluate directions of implementing budget policy in
Uzbekistan;
to study directions of implementing budget expenditures in foreign countries;
to systemize factors determining the effectiveness of the budget policy;
to carry out an analysis of the trends of development
of budget policy in
Uzbekistan and its current state;
to analyze trends in the territorial implementation of budget execution;
to substantiate the thesis that management of Budget risk in Uzbekistan as a
priority direction of Budget Policy;
to develop scientific proposals and recommendations
aimed at developing
modern directions of budget policy formation.
The object of the research is the directions of the budget policy of Uzbekistan.
The subject of the research is the economic relationship
that arises in the
developing and implementing budgetary policy guidelines.
