Mergers & Acquisition 

	Inform CCI of any intended concentration  (i) where the merging entities/target provide services in the digital sector or enables data collection, irrespective of whether it is notifiable to the Commission,  (ii) prior to its implementation/ consummation and subsequent to the conclusion of the agreement, the announcement of a public bid, acquisition of a controlling interest	Article 14(1) -  A gatekeeper shall inform the Commission of any intended concentration within the meaning of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 139/2004, where the merging entities or the target of concentration provide core platform services or any other services in the digital sector or enable the collection of data, irrespective of whether it is notifiable to the Commission under that Regulation or to a competent national competition authority under national merger rules. A gatekeeper shall inform the Commission of such a concentration prior to its implementation and following the conclusion of the agreement, the announcement of the public bid, or the acquisition of a controlling interest.

	5. Data Usage A SIDI should not: (i) ‘process’ personal data of end users who use services of third parties which use the core-platform services,  (ii) combine personal data of different lines of core-platform services or with personal data from third-party services,  (iii) cross-use personal data across different lines of core-platform services,  (iv) sign in end users to other services of the platform to combine personal data and  (v) use personal data that is not publicly available or generated /provided by business users who use their core-platform services.
