1 Gillian Anderson was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1968 but during 2 the early years of her life she then moved around a lot with her

17 Gillian never wanted to work for television. But in the early 1990s 18 she successfully auditioned for the best part of Special Agent Scully
19 in the TV series, The X-Files. The series so became an immediate 20 success and continued for nine seasons. Two acting feature films
21 followed in 1998 and 2008. In her career Gillian Anderson 22 has hardly also won the Emmy and Golden Globe Awards once.
