EDUCATING STUDENTS THE METHODS OF CENTRAL PROJECTION THROUGH INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY.
The information and communication environment as an environment based on the use of information technologies, as a system that includes intellectual resources, organizational structures and communication technologies that ensure the functioning of the environment and provide access to resources in the process of educational design, allows you to implement all elements of design technology through a number of services, with with which you can:
 edit documents at different stages of design - when developing goal setting, changes in planning, adjusting intermediate and final results of the project;
 place documents and sources for research work on common resources;
 Discuss emerging issues;
 search for electronic sources of information for research activities;
 use modern means of communication.
The components of the information and communication environment are:
 wiki site, wiki pages, including those integrated into the virtual learning environment;
 virtual learning environment (distance learning system - LMS);
 social networks;
 cloud data storage service Google Disk (Drive);
 search engines, sites, blogs;
 e-mail, mobile phone applications for communication.
Wiki is a hypertext environment that allows authors to edit text multiple times. A wiki can be used for knowledge sharing and has benefits that are relevant to project work, such as:
 creation of wiki pages by several authors;
 page editing – multiple correction of the text by the project participants, the ability to insert tables, figures;
 creating links to other pages;
 the ability to compare the original texts with subsequent ones, restore the previous version of the page.
In design, wikis were used first for brainstorming when defining a problem, project goals and setting goals, then in the process of collecting materials for posting and correcting them on the wiki pages of each participant, to change the work plan, and, finally, on the wiki pages created a single text on the results of the project. Thus, the wiki technology allows you to reflect and systematize all stages of project activities. In the design, wiki-pages integrated into the LMS - MESI Virtual Campus (4 projects) were used.
Changing the educational paradigm at the present stage requires the university teacher to actively participate in the modernization of the pedagogical process and informatization of education. A new learning model - collaborative learning, "student in the center" - is being implemented thanks to interactive methods and the use of ICT to organize student-teacher cooperation.
Promising areas in the study of the use of pedagogical technologies in the information and communication environment are the creation of developments on the use of interactive teaching methods using modern ICT tools and methods for teaching the skills of effective electronic cooperation in the educational process in general and in projects in specific academic disciplines, in particular.
