Millions of individuals either learn it as their mother tongue or a second language. English is studied as a second language and is important in many spheres, particularly in the educational sphere. In the millennial era, students use English not just for real-world communication but also for communication on various applications and websites. Students at the university level should learn English because it will be a valuable talent in the future. That’s why nowadays in the Republic of Uzbekistan the main task of education system is developing intellectual sources, high technologies and contemporary knowledge. Language is the chief means by which the human personality expresses itself and fulfills its basic need for social interaction with other persons. On May 19, 2021The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev signed a decree PQ – 5117 “On putting the system of popularizing foreign learning in Uzbekistan to a new level”.1 Captivating it into account much attention is being paid to training competent specialists in all branches of industry for the Republic of Uzbekistan. President also approved a program of measures to enhance the study of foreign languages at all levels of the education system. In circumstances like these, only that nation considers itself viable that has among its vital priorities, incessantly, the mounting investments and inputs into human capital, upbringing an educated and intellectually decisive power in furthering the goals of democratic development, modernization and renewal. It is crucial to assert that there is a sharp rise in interest in learning English as a result of its ubiquity and dominance as a language of communication worldwide. However, individuals cannot utilize any language without vocabulary, so this essay analyzes each language's vocabulary as well as vocabulary instruction strategies and procedures. Studying literature broadens our minds since we gain a better understanding of people who are different from us.
