THE SHIPMENT WILL NOT BE PAID FOR. The driver must install Landstar connect application (LSC) and accept
tracking. The application is for tracking purposes only, and failure to install the applications and provide
location updates thru tracking apps may result in a $200 fee! Breaking the seal will cause a full claim. Late
pickup and late delivery will cause fines up to $200/stop per day or $100 per hour. The
confirmation sheet must be
returned and signed within 12hours of receiving in order to become valid. The driver or the dispatcher must provide BOL
after
pickup signed by the shipper and POD signed by the receiver after delivery with in and out times or may face a fine of up
to $100
per each. Loads without POD are considered stolen and will be reported to local authorities. Loads without in and out
times will not be subject to detention or layover payments. If there are any problems with picking
or delivering or transit
