1、准备工作。
干净的烟灰缸（最少2个）

从工作柜上拿干净的托盘一个

2、服务员巡区域时关注宾客的桌面
The staff focus on guests’ table all the time
3、学会鉴别何时可以更换烟灰缸
烟缸内烟头不能超过三个，超过必须更换
Learn to identify when to replace the ashtray. the cigarette butt inside ash tray can't more than three, must be replaced.
烟缸内其他垃圾堆到2/3时需要更换
Ashtray need to be replaced when he other rubbish more than two-thirds.
4、手拿托盘并放上两个干净的烟灰缸
Put two clean ashtray in the tray
5、脚步轻声的走进宾客餐桌,在右侧服务
Walk softly to the guest table，service on the right side.
6、如宾客在谈话不要打扰到宾客，找寻开阔点的方位进行更换
If guest in conversation don't bother the guests, find open room to replacement.
7、换烟缸时首先将干净的烟灰缸轻轻的盖在脏的烟灰缸上
When you change the ashtray ,first cover the clean ashtray on the dirty ashtray lightly.
8、同时将两个烟灰缸拿起放在托盘内,将两个烟灰缸确认平稳后
At the same time take up two ashtray put in the tray. Make sure they are safety.
9、然后再把另一个干净的烟缸轻轻的放在宾客餐桌上
And then put the clean ashtray lightly on the table.
10、将脏的烟灰缸拿到吧台或备餐间进行清洗，清洗后摆放在指定位置。
Bring the dirty ashtray to the bar or pantry room to clean ,and clean up.
