the test items. As you can see here, I can select the test item, preview the answers, and add the 
test item.

NAMING THE EXAM 
After selecting the test items, you can also name the test. For example, I’m going to name this test 
grade 9 for class A, exam 1, units 1 and 2, and my initials, RY. You can also create a Version A or 
Version A & B that will create two versions of the test and change the order of test items to 
reduce the chance of students copying each other.

GENERATING THE EXAM 
After you have named the test and selected the version, click the GENERATE button to create a 
new test. The following message will come up on your screen: “Your test has been successfully 
generated and your download will begin in a moment. If your download doesn’t start within a few 
seconds please click here.”
As you can see, the file successfully downloaded on my computer. When I open the file, you will 
see a zip file with audio files, as well as separate files for versions A and B with answers, and 
versions A and B without answers.

SAVED TESTS 
Keep in mind that tests will be saved under the tab “MY TESTS”. Tests can be reused, changed, or 
deleted.
